I agree sending a PM to ask for forgiveness isn't wrong at all and if it helps to solve issues between two members then that's the best way for it, and it's also true that someone who doesn't speaks a language often uses words that can be interpreted in wrong way.
As examplens suggested, LoyceV may reconsider the OP's words and then take a good decisions after checking the posts of the OP. I believe Red to neutral can be helpful for the OP but it's LoyceV's decision.
