I don't know if it's truly necessary for you to be paying that much money just so that somebody can see your provably fair system, much less to *use* it. In fact, I think it should be the other way around actually. You sell the system to any casino and you get the 5000 dollars.

How have you came to that $5000 valuation though? I guess that might be a question that potential clients might ask you.
