It feels like Bangladesh ran out of carrots in just 70 overs, especially the last 30 overs and looking depressing.
Virtually zero assists for spinners atm and the way young seamer Nahid Rana went with his business, it'll be tougher for Bangbros, this kid bowled some filthy spell. Need a breakthrough asap, otherwise, this duo of Shakeel-Rizwan will do more damage.

This is not the first time we are seeing such a strange performance of Bangladesh. We are fed up to see such poor performance of Bangladeshi players.
Pakistan lost three key batsmen in their top order to score just 16 runs. Then we thought Pakistan vs Bangladesh match would be competitive. As Pakistani batsmen are not in good form. But at the end of 70 overs, Pakistan collected 256/4. Shakeel remained unbeaten with 86 runs and Rijwan 89 runs. Bangladeshi bowlers are not able to make any advantage on this pitch.
The pitch is not conducive to spinners. Bangladesh captain should use his pace bowlers. Shoriful and Hasan bowled well on the first day. But we are yet to see better performances from experienced bowlers like Shakib and Miraz.
Pakistan have already scored 300 runs and have not lost any more wickets. Pakistan collected 304 runs after losing 4 wickets. Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan are batting well. Both have collected 100+.
Rawalpindi's first innings average score on this pitch is 338 runs. Pakistan have already accumulated 304 runs with the loss of only 4 wickets. So I don't think it is a difficult task for Pakistan to collect 400+. I think it is impossible for the Bangladesh team to win this match. Because Bangladesh batsmen's performance is weak and erratic in Test format. I will not be surprised if Bangladesh lose this match by an innings margin.
