aChelsea is disorganized. Though there is no strategy, Boehly's throwing money about like confetti. Everything is chaos. Pochettino gone? That happens on Boehly, not under management. They need a qualified sporting director who understands football rather than simply business. Purchasing celebrities is a distraction, not a tactic.
Enzo Maresca spoke about Chelsea not being chaotic in that
he is currently working with 21 players among the 42 available
hereWhile also speaking Chelsea may have more new signings and those who who will be sold
here.
This doesn't main Todd Boehly's management as not been a mess even outside this issues spoken of by Enzo Maresca, while yet I'm still not in support of some of the coach decisions and majority of Todd Boehly's I just still for the better. My issues with Todd is the fact that he continues to sign youngsters with a relatively huge amount who will later be sold out for a lesser fee in the long run, this are the main issue we may suffer FFP charges in the long run, I just don't know why he still keep wasting money where we have academy players doing much better than most of them and in the end having no choice than to sell our Cobham stars just to keep the book checked since those later worth little or nothing compared to what they have invested in them. The academy team will definitely be demotivated and I hate this.
Osimhen plays beasts. Clinical finisher, the type Chelsea sorely requires. But will they really make use of him? See Sterling, thrown on the wing. No striker will save Chelsea till she gets her act together. It's a structural breakdown, and Boehly's at its core
This I doubt with a good striker Chelsea will do better, speaking of Sterling being used as a winger what actual position did he play at Manchester City and England before he fell off now. He is past his best, I think also that he has been use as a false nine at Chelsea and I believe he didn't do well that's why Poch and the past coaches didn't use him continually on that position.
Todd Boehly is obviously the main problem at Chelsea if he get his head straight sign a good 9 and employ good managers for the club, Chelsea will be back while even if he decides to really want to be involved then he should go and learn from folks like Perez at Real Madrid
