Will bitcoin still be profitable in the future when most people might have understand it better to hodl bitcoin. I think bitcoin is gaining more adopters because people are getting to understand it better and I feel in the future people won't be worried about the volatility of bitcoin because they already know what the volatility of bitcoin is all about. If majority of the people hodl bitcoin in the future will it still be profitable as what it is today ?
Firstly you should understand that Bitcoin wasn't and isn't ment to solely be held, there are other things with which we can do with Bitcoin, following it's original purpose of creation which entails independence and limitless control of transaction, this will mean that all the new adoptions will further increase it's usage making it more valuable and holders too can make some profit of it so adopting isn't a threat to which Bitcoin is going to not have its value appreciating anymore.
The only advise at this point is to start looking into diversification of your holdings and not limiting yourself to holding alone so in any case in the nearest future, you will still be making profit for yourself off your holdings.
