It can occur at anytime and no one can time it. To get a better perspective on when alts are likely to get into its bull moment, I use Bitcoin dominance to navigate it. My eyes are on that Bitcoin data to see when its dominance drops to below 48% of the total market capitalization. At the moment, that dominance is above 53%. There's no way alts can get more attention now as investors are still interested in bagging Bitcoin.
