4th sounds far too ambitious. I am not speaking as a Chelsea fan here as they should of course hope that the club that is spending the most of all Premier League teams should also aim as high as possible, but the reality is just different as you could see the last few years. Last season they saved it somehow as they won several games in a row when the season was about to finish, but when you take the home game against Manchester City as an example, I think that is where there biggest problem will be once again. If they want to compete for the top four, it's mandatory to at least win some of the games against the top competitors and I don't believe that will happen.

Chances against Liverpool and Manchester City and Arsenal aren't particularly great and then there is quite a long list of teams that I think are more or less equal to Chelsea, so no guaranteed points there either. Manchester United, Newcastle, Tottenham, maybe Aston Villa, even Brighton could beat Chelsea at least once.

The game against the Wolverhampton Wanderers is a first key game. You could say that the game against Manchester City was already key, but that might go too far here. But if they don't win against Wolverhampton Wanderers, the whole motivation for the season will drop like a rock.
