Chelsea may be the team that can surprise us the most this year. I think it's quite difficult to make predictions about them, I really can't predict where we will see them in terms of the Champions League or the League table.
You’re absolutely right, Chelsea is a team that can surprise us because they are putting everything together to see them perform well this season, i also believe anything can happen even though they don’t seem like they can make top 4 yet but they have a strong team and a good coach to compete.
Not having patience with coaches is one of the reason why Chelsea keeps going back and forth in their performance. This season they’ll improve, hoping to continue on that trend the following season but they’ll end up sacking their coach and the new coach will have to start all over from scratch, this has affected them so much and I feel they should try and be patient with their coach at least, when he’s even able to improve the performance of the team compared to what they played in the previous season. Chelsea has a lot of work to do, I hope they end the season on an improved level this time around.
They need to start giving coaches time to settle and develop else their performance will just keep fluctuating. I hope they can give this new manager time to improve and achieve his goal at the club. Arsenal and Liverpool all didn’t get to this level by sacking their managers when they were struggling they gave them time and now they are at a different level. Patience is key to achieving success. If they had been patient with Pochettino they wouldn’t be struggling again this season and would be performing well by now.
According to reports, Sterling has been stripped of his jersey and is banned from training with the first team. I am not a Chelsea fan but even I know it is utter disrespect the way Raheem Sterling is being treated at Chelsea. This is not how to treat a player you have fallen out of love with. The club should sell Sterling now before the transfer window closes instead of this humiliation.
The way you saying it make it look as if he is being maltreated, leaving the club will be the best decision for himself because the manager had a word with him saying he is not in his plans and so he is not needed. Player like Sterling needs to play and not stay on the bench. For someone that is on the verge of leaving i think there is no need waiting to give his jersey number to someone else. This is no disrespect in my opinion and i am sure Sterling himself would understand the team situation.
