Arsenal's rumored €100 million offer is nothing to sneeze at. Napoli could use that money to rebuild and strengthen the squad. Holding onto Osimhen while he's mentally checked out is just gonna lead to more losses and a whole lot of headaches. Sometimes, the best deals are the ones you make, not the ones you avoid. Napoli needs to be smart about this, and right now, the smart move is to let Osimhen go. Its time to cut their losses and move on.
Actually, Osimhen is not in bad mental condition, he is still one of the great strikers for now and the decline in performance may be due to the injury he experienced and also Napoli support which is not really like two season ago when they won the Scudetto.
Just look after the recovery period from the injury he experienced, he still shows that he is sharp striker, Osimhen gave several goal for Napoli and it is not the right statement to say that his current condition is bad.
If he were player with bad condition, maybe Arsenal would not want to make big enough offer, besides Chelsea would not be able to try hard to still have the desire to bring in Osimhen.
I think all of that is just an exaggerated statement.
Previously Chelsea and PSG had refused to meet the price request from Napoli who wanted to sell Osimhen for more than 100 million and in the end it actually left Osimhen fate hanging in the balance without any clarity about the future, we admit that Osimhen is a great striker and have a high scoring instinct but Napoli should realize that currently not many clubs are interested in bringing in Osimhen, so far we only keep hearing about 3 teams that are interested in Osimhen, namely PSG, Chelsea and Arsenal, so Napoli should be smart to making decisions now, because if they make the wrong move It is certain that they will experience big losses in the future.

Osimhen has stated that he wants to leave and Napoli also need money to get Lukaku or another striker at this time, so if Osimhen fails to leave then their not only will suffer financially but their squad will also suffer because napoli doesn't have a main striker at the moment, although Osimhen is still a Napoli player, but I think maybe he would prefer not to play in Conte squad because Conte has previously said that they don't need Osimhen and is leaning towards hoping Lukaku will be the main striker this season, even if maybe he will play again for Napoli, of course he will only be forced to and will not bring out his best abilities like in previous seasons.
