We are committed to ensuring a secure and fair experience for all our users. Therefore we have implemented some important changes to our website's security protocols to reduce increased abuse.
1. Captcha implementation for All Users:
Previously, certain users who met specific thresholds were not required to complete a Captcha. To enhance security and protect all users, we have now made Captcha verification mandatory for everyone, regardless of their activity level on our platform.
2. Captcha Service Provider Update:
We have also upgraded our Captcha provider for added security and reliability. The 'Password', 'Sign Up' and 'Free Play' sections have now been switched from hCaptcha to Cloudflare Captcha.
These changes are part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for all our users.
Other updates:
- FUN withdrawals.
I have noticed an increase in emails regarding customers not receiving their FUN withdrawals recently.
This has been investigated and we expect it to be resolved today.
If you have not received a FUN withdrawal that has already been requested and confirmed, within the next 48 hours, please send me a DM with the details so I can chase them individually.
Saying this, we expect any outstanding to be resolved imminently.
