Maybe the main page is down, but not all the pages on the site are down, i had navigated the site and the leaderboard area doesn't show any information:

So, i hardly recommend OP to send all the sites to maintenance, and not only the main page. And when it gets back give to users the chance to test the site with that $10 promo that you offered on your thread.
I thought the $10 bonuses where readily available to player's who are registering on the site right away, although the site load well from my end and also I was able to register don't know if the $10 dollar offer is available or we are being faked with the title of this thread and lastly ops need to purchase a copper members account so that he can freely posts images on how the progress is with the site development.
I also agreed with your suggestion that if the $10 be made available for the customer to use to test the casino when their are fully lunched, but from the look of things, I think the site is a little bit ok and ready.
