Maybe they learn from crypto youtubers. Those idiots love to make a big deal out of nothing, for instance when bitcoin drops 5% they immediately make videos about it titled huge bitcoin crash, or warning bitcoin is falling. When it goes back up  5% back to where it fell from it's bitcoin breaking out, new ath around the corner
