I think what Chelsea are doing here is a separate deal as they don’t want to do the two deals together, this deal is similar to the Gallagher and Felix deal which Chelsea prefers a separate negotiation for each deal. Right now a 37M for Romelu Lukaku seems way too much if you ask me considering that Chelsea do not want him and that he has a huge wage again, so a deal around £25m-£30m looks more realistic to me. As for Osimhen deal I don’t think it will happen, let’s analyze the signings Chelsea has done this summer it has been all Low budget buys as also small wages which is totally off the valuation of Oshimen. The only club I think can pay that outrageous amount now is the ligue 1 champions PSG, they are the only club for now except Napoli reduces that amount.

It was definitely a decision that surprised everyone must especially the timing of the rejection, Dybala literally has just rejected a deal worth more than 5x his current wages, sometimes I think this decisions are usually influenced not just by the fans alone but also the family of the player, some families wouldn’t fancy moving to some certain part of the world due to their cultural differences there
