I can say that Brighton is not a top team in the standings. Manchester United can have a chance to win the match if they can get their best performance. But we can't underestimate Brighton. They can be very solid in some matches. I don't dare to bet on that match. I think the match will end in a draw.
Brighton should not be underrated against Manchester United, perhaps we all saw how they were able to win their first match against Everton without stress even though Everton is a weaker team but with the energy that Brighton showed in that game they're likely to withstand Manchester United and in their most recent meetings at the home ground of Brighton, they always win Manchester United so anything is possible.
Arsenal do have a very young and talented squad, so their inexperience may tell at key moments. On the other hand, I believe that they have developed quite distinctly in comparison with last season or the year before; finishing runners-up will be an important experience for them.
Last season and the 2 seasons before that they have improved a lot and those were some of their best seasons under Arteta. Their squad this season is still the same as last season. They just need to maintain consistency in every game. Arsenal's squad last season was very worthy of being champions and they deserved it. Unfortunately City were more consistent than them and managed to get a lot of points in crucial games.
I think Arsenal have added some new players to the squad coupled with the impressive players they had last season so Arsenal is one of the strongest teams in England currently and looking back at how they greatly improved under Mikel Arteta is the past two seasons means that they can become more better this season.
