It is quite exciting to see that Arsenal did not only win Aston Villa in their home but also dominated the match. This is a match many people were taunting Villa to win like they did in the return leg of last season that made Arsenal lose the trophy. I think it is now balanced that the Gunners were able to finish them in their home.
Arsenal is know for having good records a the beginning of the season but sustaining it is their major problem. I just hope we will see something different this season because they need to win a title desperately.
The performance of the two teams differed very strikingly and it wasn't even like a home game for Aston Villa because their guests actually dominated the course of the match and they had to accept defeat 0-2. What I saw was that Aston Villa's front line was completely helpless because whatever they did they couldn't find a goal, and their finishing touch was also questionable. There was a really good opportunity that Aston Villa had but David Raya was still able to block it.
