Forex is much more efficent and central to the economy, as currencies require a stable price (imagine a 20% decline in EUR/USD - would cause mayhem lol! ). This means significantly less volatility and profit potentail (hence why brokers provide leverage). The stablility and size of forex does hold certain advantages over the wild west of crypto, even if the markets have calmed down somewhat in recent years.

When it comes to trading they are almost the same. It is true that forex volatility is less than crypto but if you want to experience the roller coaster ride of crypto, you can trade gold or increase leverage. You will see that it is not much different from cryptocurrencies, the only difference is that forex does not have spot trading.

Forex trading will be more effective and the chances of winning will be higher if we have knowledge and experience because it is less manipulated than cryptocurrencies and there is more data for us to refer to.

Overall , it depends on individual preference, no market is better than any other . I also have many friends who are forex traders and they are also not involved and do not like crypto .
