Munich inaugural match ended with a victory over Wolfsburg with a score of 2-3, although Munich was able to dominate the match, but Wolfsburg was able to trouble the Munich defense in that match, even Munich which fielded its main squad in that match had difficulty in creating opportunities to score goal after the first goal was scored in the 20th minute, to be honest, I actually thought that Munich would suffer their first defeat of the season in that match, because Wolfsburg was able to reverse the score to 2-1 in the 55th minute, but luckily for Munich they were able to make the score 2-2 again after a Kane header was not able to anticipate well by Kaminski (suicide) in that match which resulted in the ball going into Wolfsburg's goal and making Bayern Munich come back with a score of 2-2, after continuing to try to pressure Wolfsburg finally Bayern Munich was able to score their winning goal through gnabry and made the final score 2-3.
Although Munich won today match, but I see it is very difficult for them to scoring this match so Kompany should evaluate their game today to be better in their next match.
Wolfsburg did caused a slight threat to Munich's defense and further pressure would have granted them access and they did lacked the sustainance of the pressure to get them more goals but it was a fair play, this happens to be kompanys first bundesliga game and I'm hoping he gets to understand his strength from this game because it did showed a whole lot about how prepared he is for the season, there are beens of hopes tho around the kompany's squad but more work needs to be done on the defense to intensify their resistance and firmness because teams like Leverkusen and Stuttgart are very creative and penetrating and such weak resistance from Munich will not give them an edge over those teams.Although Munich won today match, but I see it is very difficult for them to scoring this match so Kompany should evaluate their game today to be better in their next match.
