True because not everyone that withdraw their money use it wisely therefore I think too that how we spend our wins from gambling is the real winning but before we can spend it, it has to be withdrawn. People would do not withdraw but continue gambling is making a mistake because a time will come when you can not control yourself and you will use the money that is in your account to gamble.
