Sorry if this is a noob question, but I am curious to know how you are doing to get the persons behind this casino since they never made any public reveal of their true identities, and let me say that I am not sure if they ever made available to the public; an office address that is really identifiable or locatable.
I want to hope that your case against the casino doesn't end up like that of the guys who sued 1xbit, but because the casinos doesn't have a physical office, and the people behind the casino can not be identified, they casino continued to run and there was nothing the court or lawsuit could do to stop the casino.
pursued the lawsuit path and asked for details about Betnomi's license number, they can ask the court to subpoena the registration office to surrender the details of the person registering Nomi N.V. [if that's not Sorsis himself] and/or other details about Betnomi's official company details that's otherwise kept private and inaccessible for public eyes.
