I also think Kompany has tough time since becoming Bayern Munich manager and it is normal for people to wonder if he is up to job. But club leaders have been realistic about what he can do and have not put too much pressure on him. Kompany knows people are watching him closely and he is working hard to do his best for team. Win against Wolfsburg is good start and I think he will keep trying to succeed. Even though some people doubted him at first I still think Bayern Munich can win championship this season along with Bayer Leverkusen and Dortmund. Kompany hard work and determination will be important for team to reach their goals.
The problem is not as if they can not do it but they have to be very careful since there jobs are always at stake, if you have not achieved it people will look down on you and people don't want their expectation to be high to much so that he wont disappoint them when they have started believing in him and if you look at it Bayern Munich is already a made club, I don't think he should be struggling with trying to put Bayern in place so that when ever they did not meet up with their expectation they wont be carried unaware. I will say that he his actually trying is best but you know just because we are not in his shoe we are not going to know what he is facing as a coach, he should be given time so that they wont make decisions just because he wants to please people which will affect the team i feel even the management should not bother him they should allow the man showcase himself, and been free is the best thing, because again when the pressure become to much their wont be any tangle result coming am not sure if Bayern will be able to win any trophy.
