I am a supporter of the fact that obligations are fulfilled between both parties to the deal / agreement, even despite the difficulties that arise. Unfortunately, as practice shows, life is unpredictable, but an indicator of high qualification can be the ability to perform job duties under any circumstances. Let me recommend that you take care of alternative ways to ensure the fulfillment of your manager's duties (sources of electricity and the Internet). I understand that you are going through difficult times and your environment needs help, but the signature campaign participants also need you and for some, the reward you receive can be as vital as for your neighbors who are in trouble and need help.
