Anyone knows why Barcelona has a packed schedule this early in the season? A game on 24th, a game on 27th and a game on 31st? Seems like too packed for start of the season, is there a logical reason for that? In any case, they should be good enough to beat any opponent they face at this level, they are not really that bad and they should realize it by now.
In fact, Vallecano looks like it would be a different division team against Barcelona. That doesn't straight up mean Barcelona will win, we have seen top division teams to lose to other division teams on cup games before, not unheard of, just that it means the gap is too huge and it would be humiliating if Barcelona doesn't just destroy them, which they should be able to do.
Barcelona's schedule does look quite busy. But actually several other teams are the same. So I don't think this is strange enough. But yes, Barcelona should be able to win in these 3 matches. especially against Rayo. but now in the Rayo vs Barcelona match the score is still tied at 1-1 and the match has entered the 78th minute. And not only that, Rayo has even led the score since the start of the first half. Luckily Barcelona was able to equalize the score through Pedri's goal in the 60th minute. I hope Barcelona can score one more goal in this match. Because it would be a perfect record if Barcelona managed to record 3 consecutive wins in the first 3 weeks of this season.
And now Barcelona is already leading by 2:1 if not that VAR disallowed Robert Lewadowski's goal in the 71th minutes it would have been 3:1 now. Barcelona is really surprising so many people who felt that the team will be affected by their current financial state but what I see in Barcelona players is pure determination to see the club succeed again because they are playing with so much enthusiasm, imagine coming from a goal they conceded in first half to equalize and still win this shows the devotion of the players and now they have gone 3 games and 3 consecutive wins and are currently topping the La Liga table. It feels good to see Barcelona players putting in much efforts for the team and I like the team's spirit so far. If they can be able to become resilient not to fall off along the line then they can become the strongest contenders with Real Madrid this season. Barcelona have performed so well and they deserves some accolades.
