Lampard and Pochettino screw that club and the way they made the transfers were horrible that's why they weren't getting the result needed. Only an an experienced coach can guide teams like that which is Why Tuchel used some unique players in his prime in Chelsea but Pochettino and Graham sold all of them for a penny to Saudi Arabian clubs.
The whole Chelsea situation was something I had before actually ascribed to been caused by the coaches but aside potter who also has little to no share of blame, none of the other coaches actually has to been most especially Pochettino. The current owner which is Bohely doesn’t gives his coach the freedom to actually sign or scout their own players. The departures too aren’t caused by the coaches too but by the new Board at Chelsea. Tuchel had the luxury to go that far with a Chelsea team that Lampard build but was not experienced to win using them. I remembered the Chelsea triumph in the champion league which was won by the same team built by Lampard just that Tuchel had more experience.
Tuchel also had the luxury of working with Abrahamovic in his first year and that’s why he had so much success in the team. Bohely era wouldn’t have favored him that much because he was the main authority at Chelsea then and made players calls for Those that fits its pattern. The system wasn’t the same for Pochettino, in fact much worse he earned a team from his predecessor without leader and that affected the dressing room. So I don’t think Pochettino screwed the club, rather it is the current board that is trying to simply ruin the club he owns with unnecessary signings
