We have the same thought. Since Arsenal failure in the previous 2 seasons I have always said that Arsenal failure to win the EPL title was due to Arteta failure to maintain team consistency. This is indeed the biggest problem but Arteta still repeated this problem last season which should have been better because Man City last season had a tighter schedule to chase the UCL title. I had thought that maybe one way Arteta could deliver the EPL title was just by not focusing too much on chasing the UCL. And focus on rotating players in every match to maintain the players' physical and mentality so that they can maintain their performance so as not to lose points in every match.
I also think that City did not have the best season last year and this is what gave Arsenal the opportunity to follow City until the very last round. And although in the last season it seemed that Arsenal became a more stable team, I am not in a hurry to say that Arteta will completely get rid of this problem, and therefore I do not think that Arsenal can become the main competitor for City this season, at least until the first decline.
There is nothing lacking from City last season as well as Arsenal they competed to the last drop of blood and this shows that both have the same strength last season so that in the end Man City managed to become champions with a difference of two points above Arsenal, Man City has a good sigma with extraordinary players as their spearhead but failure in several matches does not mean it is impossible and it will definitely happen this season too because the game will not be able to be optimized as much as possible in realizing that victory is very difficult and so is Arsenal with their warm game under Arteta's guidance showing quite good teamwork and making them able to compete perfectly until the end of the season because basically Arsenal is more respected in the EPL than City so Arsenal is not a loser they can with the abilities they have.

And how they will play optimally this season so that the corner kick does not happen, I am sure under Arteta's guidance they are getting better so for Man City they must be watched out for because they are in a more optimal attack building performance in my opinion compared to Man City, currently they are drawing of course Arsenal's chances are still open yesterday's failure in the corner kick they learned a lot so don't underestimate them Arsenal is a better team financially unlike City who rely on big players so regarding Arsenal I am sure they will be able to finish at the top later.
