CSFBC last messaged me on July 18, 2024, 04:24:16 PM in response to my support request dated July 04, 2024, 06:42:24 AM.
Their site is currently running normally. If there was a server error, it was probably for a short time.
As for CSFBC, this isn't the first time this account hasn't been active on the forum. And the long period between your request and their response probably indicates that there is a huge queue, i.e. they have accumulated a lot of requests from other users.
