I am speaking from my experience when I get into gambling I usually start gambling again with local currency and later with Bitcoin. And after I gained a little experience I now enter gambling with TRX and Bitcoin and my native money, although I am not fully experienced so sometimes I face losses.
 But I usually use some gambling strategies that have played a role in my many wins. Like I divide my money into two to three parts and I enter with the first part, if I lose the entire money after entering the gamble then I immediately exit the gamble. 

It saves me from being addicted, because I know that when a gambler is addicted to gambling, he is more likely to face losses all the time.
