Let me talk about some of my frustrations. Imagine being an active player, grinding day and night, pouring time and money into a casino, and yet feeling completely invisible. That’s been my reality with Stake. I’ve got not one, but two Platinum 1 accounts, both bursting with activity. You’d think that level of activity would earn me some some rewards. But guess who’s getting all the bonuses? Definitely not me.
It’s baffling, really. My friends, who barely log in, seem to be drowning in bonuses. They flash their deposit offers and bonus link mails. Meanwhile, I’m left staring at my empty inbox, wondering why I’m being overlooked. It’s infuriating, to say the least.
And it’s not just about the bonuses. My weekly and monthly payouts are laughable. I’m talking about receiving a measly $0.03 for wagering $20,000 and facing heavy losses. It’s like a slap in the face, especially when you see the kind of rewards others are raking in. When I’ve tried to bring these issues to their live support, I’m met with a bot like automated response after almost a day has passed by that does nothing to address my concerns. The chat closes after their automated message which infuriates me more
If you don't like the way they treat you, then you can change Stake with a different casino.
You seem to consider yourself a VIP player and want to be treated like a VIP. From my experience, Metawin and Bitsler treat their VIP players in a VIP way. Yes, I know that I wear a Metawin signature but verify facts yourself.
Skelhorn is the owner of Metawin.com and this is his official twitter page. He often makes unimaginably good giveaways and as far as I know, treats VIP players well. They recently even had a VIP transfer but you are a little late, btw, you can contact him or Metawin and ask for VIP transfer, they might make an exception for you.
Also from my past experience, Bitsler's owner
Baryom was treating VIP players individually. He was sometimes donating 1 Bitcoin and more to VIP players.
Reach to both casinos and ask for VIP treatment, show them your Stake's screenshots and I think you'll get what you want.
