Do you think they’ll manage to hold their ground, or will we see a shift towards exclusively digital platforms?
I personally have not visited land-based casinos for a long time, the problem is that in our place there are no land-based casinos and if we want to visit it means we have to go to the nearest neighboring country. IMO, I am sure that land-based casinos have their own way to keep them visited by local or foreign tourists. maybe there will be some changes to make it more attractive to land-based casino visitors, innovation will always be made so that casinos always attract customers. so, I am sure they will survive. after all, land-based casinos also have something that makes them attractive to every visitor. especially those located in tourist destinations, for example Macau, Las Vegas and so on. but it seems there will be a little difference, in this digital era most gamblers are facilitated with online facilities. therefore, maybe the visitors are not as crowded as before, because online casinos are as lively as they are today.
Land based casinos have their own charm. In current digital era, there are still many who prefer theatres over cinemas, paper books over reading from the screen, IRL conversation over phone call or chatting online. As all people are different with different needs and opinion, there will be always need for land based and online casinos. Land based casinos is a totally different experience than online gambling, even though people same things.
