If not for last season that Girona had some luck and did well, there last 6 games proves that Atletico Madrid is bigger than them. The last one they had in January, Girona gave them a goal difference of 1 with 4-3, Atletico gave them good counter attack but they still manage to slip through and now they are paying back for their sins as Dovbyk ha left them for another pasture, I'm not sure if they are going to near the top 4 but it's still early to say.
The top 4 seems to be a difficult target for Girona, let's give them a chance to improve because it's still early in the season so hopefully the Girona players still have high fighting spirit, today Girona will face Osasuna and this should be a match that they shouldn't waste because 2 matches that have been played without getting 3 points very annoying.
Playing in the second half didn't put Dani Olmo off, as he still managed to make a good contribution to Barcelona.
