Don't see it as hate comment but rather an observation regarding on what he see on that program. If BC management could read his post maybe they should do some improvements that can satisfy their community so that there would be no the same negative comment will be posted in their thread.
Well said. Some people cannot take negative criticism well which is why they end up responding in a negative manner and embarassing themselves in the process. It's all a matter of perspective at the end of the day.
Anyways BC.game still a good platform and provably that there's some good improvements will happen if lots of people will post their concern and suggestions towards what they notice in their casino.
It's an average platform at the moment if you ask me. They could improve as you mentioned. Time will tell.
