Truly Arteta deserve some respect and accolade for the progress and improvement of Arsenal both in Premier league and UCL, however he still needed to win a trophy this season to complement his efforts on the team because achieving success with a team without a trophy to his credit is a minus to me thus Arteta has to ensure that he wins something this season even if it is a Carabao or FA Cup that would shows a remarkable progress of the team, last season Man Utd board are in verge of sacking Erik ten Hag fortunately he won FA Cup for the team I believe that is why the board gave him another chance thus if Arteta continue to manage Arsenal without a trophy definitely the board would question his ability.
Overall, Arteta has managed to improve Arsenal quality into a team that is able to give competition to Manchester City in the title race. Although he has not been able to present the EPL trophy for Arsenal, he deserves respect for his performance so far. Arsenal are still unable to compete in the UCL like Manchester City did, Arteta needs to make his team perform consistently to reach a level that has never been achieved before. Arteta must find the key to luck like Jurgen Klopp did when he was still managing Liverpool, even though Manchester City is the strongest club in the EPL, he must be able to break City dominance to find the EPL trophy.
He almost made Arsenal a party in the last two seasons, but due to a lack of consistency towards the end of the season, they had to be satisfied with finishing below Manchester City. I believe he is capable of making Arsenal win trophies, as long as he continues to learn from his failures in the last two seasons, Arteta will be a manager who is highly respected by Arsenal fans.
