In practice it seems that they have deactivated all the promotions/features of gambling (including the crediting of the spin wheel for those who have the premium).
It does seem that these features that stopped working in the past few days were paused intentionally and it is not some technical glitch that broke them. This leads me to believe that the WOF spins are purposely being withheld.
It could be that there is some underlying technical problems, e.g. security issues, they are struggling to fix and they have resorted to drastic measures or they might just be exit scamming. Without any sort of communication we can only assume the worst from them. We can’t continue to give them the benefit of the doubt after months of silence with exception of a few sporadic updates every few weeks from the CSFBC account that don’t do much besides provide some false hope.

Any decent site would fix this issue immediately though because this is pretty much one of their top selling point so Im leaning towards the same suspicion

Its more like shutting the site step by step and not fixing all those known issue until most of the customer leave the site. Probably also let the site run itself for set period of time like probably until the last day of the year before permanently going away, idk. Anything could happen at this point

I agree with everything you say, they could be tactics used in the past to close sites, or simply the problem has become too big and they don't know how to solve it at the moment.
As said, everyone will be able to monitor the situation and decide what to do, of course a possible closure of a historic faucet like this, would not be nice to see.
