I just want to know how it feels pushing up few set as early as possible, and today I tried doing few push ups, trust me this is really good I just feel so ease and am looking forward to a stress free day because my body is energized for today's activities. Today I am able to run a total of 100 push ups splited in set of four, 2set morning and 2set evening this was really intriguing to me because its like building myself physically and mentally all thanks to this thread.
