I believe there are many gamblers here in the forum who regularly share their wins and losses. But I'm curious—has it ever crossed your mind to consider becoming a professional gambler, someone who makes a living out of it and enjoys a life of financial freedom?
No!
I play for entertainment, but I don't despise the desire to make a good profit.
However, to become a professional player I need to study a lot and have a lot of free time, give up other hobbies and sometimes even other jobs... it's not for everyone.
In fact, being a professional gambler is not as difficult as you think, but you need to follow some important advice to turn your hobby into a professional activity because we are talking about money, and if you don't learn how to bet correctly, you will certainly lose much more than just money.
Every professional gambler needs to have at least:
- In-depth study of probabilities, because you can't just go with the "illusion" that making money is easy;
- Have emotional control, both in defeats and in victories... always maintaining your strategies;
- Specialize in a specific betting niche, game type or sport... never "shoot in all directions";
- Think like a professional player... know that this is your income, that it is much more than just fun, and constant study and dedication are essential to maintain profit.
