regarding your "dormant account" rule on your Terms and Conditions, I just want to be sure I understand it correctly, you will only charge fees on a dormant account if it has a balance on it and when the balance is depleted or reached zero you will stop. your casino will also, confiscate the remaining funds if the account remains inactive for a year.
