I have some bucks to invest & I'm not sure. Don't wanna buy BTC as I already have some. For these savings, I am planning some altcoins to add in my portfolio.
Not sure yet if I want it for long term or short.
Suggestions are appreciated.
BTC is the most trending of them all.
The difference is BTC trending stays for like ever but altcoin trends are time limited.
This is why the numbers of advice's for beginners on this forum is buying BTC not altcoins.
Don't buy altcoins until you are able to know the difference between a scam one and a legit one, and even a legit altcoin do fail at times, could be because of mismanagement of funds that the project raised or the team just give up.
Altcoins are risky investments and you need to treat them as such, so invest only what you can afford to lose on altcoins, as I looking at this market condition now it seems that September is going to be a bearish month, maybe Bitcoin will finally go under 50k since the MACD is crossing down already.
