Yes, Mbappe departure from PSG will not really affect their performance in Ligue 1 even though this is an opportunity for other teams to be condition that makes it easier for them to become PSG competitors in the fight for the championship title.
But all of this will be clearly visible and affect PSG performance when they are in an important competition like the UCL, we all know how Mbappe performance is and his departure will certainly be very difficult for PSG to compete in the UCL competition.
Several PSG players who have always been Mbappe colleagues before have now also shown how great they are to continue to perform optimally in every Ligue 1 match and hopefully in the future when they play for the UCL competition they can show their performance again like when they were here, although I not sure but I want to see it.
Big dependency on Mbappe may have affected all other players in PSG especially those playing in the forward positions like him of not being able to showcase their full potential as a player. Now that he has left, it is now on them to show that they’re equally good as him and can uplift the team to any length they can. I can vow for them in the Ligue 1 that they will be able to win the league. Looking at the bigger competition which is the champions league, one cannot vow for them just yet and they’ll need to prove to the whole whole world that they can also be trusted for the champions league triumph. For now, the team is playing well even without Mbappe, I wish they can continue in this form to the end of the season.
