I am not sure about Declan Rice second yellow card because in my opinion he didn't deserved to gets that however regardless the red card which received to Declan Rice actually i do not understand why Arsenal game play was change after this incident because i mean why Arteta has been instructed to Arsenal players to playing more defensively
Am not just the only one that thinks the red card isn’t worth it. Since the referee already knows that Declan Rice is already having a yellow card, he should have just overlooked it, but he decided to add a second yellow card, which turned into a red card. And I will say Arsenal had the opportunity to win the match, they had lots of chances in the first half of the match, but all were wasted, and after Declan Rice received a red card, Brighton players believe that’s just the best opportunity they had to strike, which they really utilized well, and they ended the match as a draw.
Arteta tried to play a defensive game just to protect the 1 goal lead, but unfortunately Brighton were able to break into the Arsenal defense and they secured a goal, but Arsenal wasted so many chances in the match.
Brighton played more aggressively after Declan Rice received a second yellow card, according to Arteta the referee decision was unfair.
