How do you know that bro, you have tried by your own? I have never heard about a customer support manually unlocking funds from a locked investment. The rules of the investment imply the funds to be unavaible during all the locking time.

FinneysTrueVision didn't say you can ask them to unlock your FUN tokens if the locking period hasn't finished yet. FinneysTrueVision suggested contacting freebitco's support if the locking period has finished but the tokens hasn't been unlocked yet.
