I think I was able to get the network unstuck. Also reported on Discord

Add my node by running the following command in the console :

addnode "82.66.203.169" "onetry"

Please use v0.16. Resync if needed. Eventually temporarily ban other v0.9.x peers if needed, while syncing.
I'll let the node run and generate.
