It is funny how when we talk about having skills, people begin to assume that having a skill is all about having hard skills only. You do not neccessarily need to have some technical hard skills before you can become productive in any work environment. Sometimes what you need are some soft skills that relates to a particular work role. You can be a creative thinker without a technical skill, your idea alone might be what an organisation needs to be productive. Your organisational skill, management skill, time management skill, networking/social skill, negotiation skill etc might be all you need to utilise to your advantage. I do not have any hard skill, yet I am still earning with my soft skills. Work on your soft skills and start earning with it.
