If you observe you'll notice how players look lost in the pitch with no coordination. Even if you give Manchester city squad to Eric Ten Hang to manage, they will fail woefully. Just imagine new couch doing well in their clubs while Ten Hang is battling to build a team. There is no part of the team that is working effectively from the goal keeper to attackers. The defense is very shaky and the couch has no clue of what to do.
