I couldn't agree more with those gamblers saying that they gamble just for fun because the truth is that people gamble in the hope of multiplying their money. But from what we have witnessed and seeing the sentiment of the majority, we definitely see that they feel disappointed when losing. Which is not really the behavior of gamblers who just think about entertaining themselves. A real gambler never seeks winning but pleasure and fun.

Hearing the news that some people committed suicide and crimes can also prove that my statement is right. Maybe I'm wrong, but what I've seen is enough to say that gamblers are here for money, not for fun.

I also wanted to hear opinions from others.

The best part of gambling is that it is available for everyone. There are people who are rich and I doubt to say that they gamble for money. That is why it is for fun for them after all. You have pointed that people dont like loosing. That is true, nobody likes to lose. I dont like to lose, but I understand what is "paying for experience". When I gamble, if I win I am happy, if I lose I consider it as spending money. Maybe it is partly because of my financial statement; however I wound not refuse to take money if someone offers them for me for free. In general it depends on how person was raised and how the value of money were explained to him.
Well, rich people don't care about spending their money on gambling as they can afford to lose. But for the poor people, that is somewhat different. Of course, I didn't make them stop, but I wanted them to realize what they were thinking.
It is my mistake to generalize the situation and say that all gamblers have only one goal. But hearing opinions from others, I was amazed that still a few gamblers understand gambling and stand on what gambling is meant to be. Whether we are poor or rich, I think everyone should never lose themselves in the temptation of how these social media influencers spread to the community. It is better to see gamblers understand the real situation rather than assume some big rewards.

From the rich people that I know, almost of all them care a lot about money, and usually spend on best performance/quality/price ratio. At least I havent noticed them spending silly. But from your post it sounds that they dont care about money. I dont believe that rich people who lose money in gambling did not feel disappointed or dont care about them.

Anyway, I will speak for myself only. I am not the kind of person who will refuse to take money, but I dont create a cult around them. Money come and go, they are only instruments for my future plans. As a gambler, I would not cry if I lose all my money, but I am not the kind of person who will risk with all of his money.
