That is the million dollar question. Their customer support account said they were working on a resolution but that was over 2 weeks ago and they have not returned with an update. The website has been buggy and had ongoing security problems that affected several users. I suspect that fixing the problem would be trivial but they might be refusing to do so until they’ve upgraded their security. I am just speculating since that is all we can do until they decide to offer more transparency.
