I never knew the real money was in altcoins and shitcoins. Bitcoin is simply for rich investors. If you're just starting out in cryptocurrency investing, it's best to ignore Bitcoin and the hype it receives on this forum. The secret to making any money from crypto is NOT bitcoin. Research, test, and see for yourself.
If it's not bitcoin, then the more it shouldn't be altcoins or shitcoins because majority of them only fall as scams. Yes, they're quite cheap compared to bitcoin but you can't guarantee as well whether you are investing on the right altcoins or not, otherwise you are only increasing its risk of losing your capital, simply because you wasted on some worthless altcoins than sticking to bitcoin itself and hold it longer.
Perhaps I believe OP isn't making enough research on his claims but even though he might be right that bitcoin can't perform too high compared to it's offset stage till date but his missing so many things in the little knowledge which I guarantee him that one day he would find out the truth that those shitcoins/altcoins his vouching for could scramble his whole investment within 24hrs time frame.
I don't know if OP knows the real nature of bitcoin but if he doesn't then I will do him the favour to teach him even though I might have a little knowledge of bitcoin but I can say that comparing the beginning of all cryptocurrencies to a coin which is/was initially created for the exploitation of our finances is really insane.
