A exhibition match is just for show and it can be very manipulated. You can find that Mike Tyson might win with some controversy and then Jake Paul might challenge him with a second fight, just to milk the ticket sales and the advertisement income from these fights.

In the process both fights are hyped and both fighters are making a shitload of money from these fights.... all for show and entertainment and not as a real competitive fight. 

I will not put money on any exhibition matches, where the outcome are probably determined before the event.
