There is always possibility, it might be very little though.

I have tried something similar, I used to play dice with small amounts with high winning chances in hopes for getting a jackpot, and it didn't work out, mostly because to play jackpot I needed to add extra amount for the jackpot aside from dice bet; say $0.1 bet + $0.1 for jackpot, IDK if it's same case with other casinos but this was main reason behind it not working out.

I did get close to jackpot number a few times, if can be called so, and it got hopes my up a little but in the end it was lost cause.
