I would like to make it public how nitrobetting.eu recently made a big "rebrand" with new website and provider but instead change for better they turned into scam...
I had 40mbtc in my balance and decided to withdraw half of it. I got pop-out that said processing takes 1-3hours but after 3+ hours later I did not get money or even any mail/notification so I tried to log in my account to check status of withdrawal. Only what I noticed was an error " Incorrect user or password " I got bit confused because I logged into with same details few hours ago and nobody else had access to my account/pc, so it couldn't be changed.
This immediately seemed suspicious to me, because it's a strange coincidence that I can not log into my account after I just requested a withdrawal of 20mbtc...

So after contacting support I was told that on their end everything is good with my account and I have to follow recovery steps like deleting 2FA or logging from different devices etc. but weirdly noting could help me.....
After mentally harassing me for 2 hours, they changed their approach and partially told me the real problem

I have to log in from same IP that I used to request withdrawal, however I don't have control over that, my IP is dynamic and reset on ever router reset and they force me to login from exactly the same IP as before, despite over last month of playing there I probably logged from many different IP addresses. I'm pretty sure I logged in from same IP as when requesting withdrawal at the first try after withdrawal when I noticed the issue but they claim I did not.

It is really insane how they treat their customers, they disable account and can't even say straight forward the reason but trying to manipulate customer to believe that fault is on their end and they won't do nothing to resolve the issue.
So far they haven't processed the 20mtc withdrawal and 20mbtc on my account is unavailable
