i have friend that are trying over than 3 months, one hour dont come email to reset, and when email to reset is invalid, my nephew use wrong emailname correct, but provider is bit wrong, can receive email to reset and your password was blocked because insert wrong some times..,and i think that him are still logged, and sent email to support explained, and any answer...
