it can take even 2 weeks as Cyrus mentioned so i keep waiting patiently and check my email only 100 times a day if there is already reply from recovery Team not all the time as before

just want to mention here that I am still waiting and did all what was requested to recover my account

would be great if somebody from recovery Team could reply in thread or in email and at least confirm that email was received and i should wait

waiting without any answer is truly painful
